10 minutes: Partner Push Pull

  • Player start by passing back and forth to each other maintain 8 yard gao between back pedal, be balanced & gather feet.

15 minutes: BeeHive

  • Make a 15 yard circle with cones. All athletes have a ball inside the circle, they are moving around in different directions cradling and avoiding contact

    • Coaches commands: Ground Ball (everyone drops their ball and finds a new one.) Hockey - soccer (player pushes ball with stick and then foot and then picks up groundball.

    • Hand exchange, split dodge, roll dodge.

25 minutes: Cornell 2v1 → 3v2

  • Keep it Quick & Simple

    • Defense - Stance (Porta Potty) → 1v1

    • Offense - Handle Pressure, Establish passing lanes
