5 minute: Practice Start: Discuss huddles - you can have kids talk a knee if the are struggling

to pay attention. Talk about having a proud chest and making eye contact

8 minutes: Partner Passing or Partner Push Pull Passing

  • Push Pull Passing - Player start by passing back and forth to each other maintain 8 yard gao between back pedal, be balanced & gather feet.

These are drills that you can do for as long as you would like and layer in different constraints. I know that practice has been disjointed because of Spring Break. These two drills are a great way to get everyone building an understanding as a group. Go get it!
