ZIG-ZAG Stick/Foot work
Set up two rows of cones about 5 yards apart and a conce every 5 yards
Have kids dodge through cones in a slalom, working on different dodges
10 Minutes
Smaller Kiddos - Z passing
Older Kids - 4 cones 3 man
4 cones in a box have kids move to the open cone to catch pass
10 Minutes
3 man Weave to 2v1
Start at the Mid line down
You can separate into groups by ability without kids knowing

SAME side of field / and then OPPOSITE
